What this site is

Newcastle Concreters is a referral service. Enquiries are passed to an independent local concreter, who measures the job, quotes it in writing and carries out the work. The site operator does not carry out concreting or other building work and is not a party to any contract for that work.

Your contract is with the concreter

Any quote, contract, payment, warranty, insurance and licensing obligation relating to work is between you and the concreter you engage. You should confirm the concreter's licence and insurance before accepting a quote. Nothing on this site is a quote or an offer to carry out work.

Prices and information

Rates, worked examples and calculator results are guides for budgeting only. Published rates are a guide for budgeting. The price for your job is the one on the written quote after a site measure. Information about council approvals, standards and mine subsidence is general, was checked against the sources named on each page at the date shown, and can change without notice. Confirm requirements with your council and the relevant authority before relying on them.

Referral arrangements

The site operator may receive a fee from a concreter for operating this site and passing on enquiries. You are not charged for making an enquiry.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the site operator is not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship or conduct of any concreter, or for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
